Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026. These terms cover website use and the baseline expectations before a formal RadicalLoop engagement is signed.

Using this website

These Terms of Service govern your use of the RadicalLoop website and any inquiry, proposal, or early sales conversation started through it. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and not attempt to disrupt, scrape, attack, or misuse it.

The website describes our services, case studies, process, and security posture. It is informational and does not create a services contract by itself.

Proposals and engagements

A software, data, or AI engineering engagement begins only when both parties sign an applicable proposal, statement of work, master services agreement, purchase order, or similar written agreement.

That agreement will define scope, milestones, fees, timelines, responsibilities, acceptance criteria, support expectations, change control, and any project-specific security or compliance requirements.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely access to project information, stakeholders, environments, test accounts, data, feedback, and approvals needed to deliver the work.

Where production systems, regulated data, or third-party platforms are involved, clients are responsible for confirming that they have the necessary rights and approvals to share access or data with us.

Ownership and intellectual property

Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, client-specific deliverables created and paid for under an engagement are assigned or licensed to the client according to the contract terms.

RadicalLoop retains ownership of pre-existing tools, internal frameworks, reusable patterns, know-how, templates, and general engineering knowledge developed outside the client-specific deliverables. We use this experience to deliver better systems without exposing any client's confidential information.

Confidentiality and security

We treat non-public client information as confidential and use it only to evaluate, deliver, support, or improve the relevant engagement. We can sign NDAs and enterprise security documents when needed.

For regulated or procurement-heavy projects, we can provide security documentation, a standard questionnaire response, subprocessor information, and a Data Processing Agreement where applicable.

AI systems and automated outputs

AI-enabled features are engineered systems, not magic. For production AI work, the contract or scope should define model providers, hosting choices, logging, evaluation, human-review requirements, data retention, and acceptable-risk thresholds.

Unless agreed in writing, AI outputs should be reviewed before being used for legal, medical, regulatory, financial, or other high-stakes decisions.

Third-party services

Projects often depend on third-party services such as cloud providers, payment processors, analytics tools, email providers, source-control systems, or AI model APIs. Their own terms and availability may affect the solution.

We will identify material third-party dependencies during architecture and implementation, and enterprise projects can request a subprocessor list or architecture review.

No warranties on website content

We work to keep website content accurate and current, but the site is provided for general information and may contain summaries, examples, or forward-looking statements. It is not legal, security, compliance, financial, or technical advice for your specific situation.

Client outcomes and case-study metrics are context-specific and do not guarantee identical results for future projects.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RadicalLoop is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of this website.

For paid engagements, liability limits, exclusions, and remedies are governed by the signed contract between the parties.
