Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026. We keep this page practical and procurement-friendly: what we collect, why we collect it, how we protect it, and how GDPR-ready engagements are handled.

What this policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains how RadicalLoop Technolabs LLP collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you visit our website, contact us, request security documentation, or work with us on software, data, and AI engineering engagements.

We work with clients in India, the US, the UK, the EU, and other regions. For client projects, the contract, statement of work, data processing agreement, and security addendum, where applicable, control the project-specific details.

Information we collect

When you contact us, we collect the information you choose to provide: name, work email, company, phone number if supplied, project context, and any files or notes you send us.

When you use the website, hosting providers and basic analytics tools may process technical information such as IP address, browser, device, referring page, pages visited, and approximate region. We use this to keep the site secure and improve the experience.

During a client engagement, we process only the project information needed to deliver the agreed work. That may include user stories, designs, logs, test data, production data, access-controlled credentials, or business documents, depending on the scope.

How we use information

We use personal and business information to respond to inquiries, schedule calls, assess project fit, prepare proposals, deliver contracted services, provide support, secure our systems, meet legal obligations, and improve our website and services.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use client data to train public AI models. For AI-enabled engagements, model, hosting, retention, logging, and human-review choices are defined in the project scope and security documentation.

GDPR readiness and data processing agreements

For EU and UK clients, we are ready to support GDPR-aligned processing terms, including purpose limitation, confidentiality, subprocessor transparency, access controls, deletion or return of data at the end of an engagement, and assistance with data subject requests where relevant to the project.

A Data Processing Agreement is available on request and can be attached to enterprise engagements. If your procurement process requires your own DPA, security questionnaire, vendor assessment, or data residency requirements, send it to [email protected] and we will review it with you.

Subprocessors and service providers

We use carefully selected providers for hosting, source control, communication, email delivery, analytics, security, and AI services. The exact subprocessors for a client project depend on the agreed architecture and may include cloud platforms, LLM providers, observability tools, and collaboration tools.

For enterprise or regulated projects, we can provide a project-specific subprocessor list, data flow summary, and security documentation under NDA.

Security

We use access controls, least-privilege permissions, encryption in transit, encrypted storage where supported, code review, environment separation, audit logging where appropriate, and credential-management practices designed for professional software delivery.

No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. If we identify a security incident involving your data, we will investigate, contain, and notify affected parties as required by law and contract.

Retention

We keep inquiry and business contact information for as long as needed to respond, maintain the relationship, or satisfy legal and accounting obligations. Project data is retained according to the applicable contract, statement of work, or client instruction.

When an engagement ends, we can return, delete, or archive project data according to the agreed handoff and retention terms.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information. You may also ask us to stop sending non-essential communications.

To make a request, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before acting on the request.
