Wize is a deliberately lite contact management tool: no CRM bloat, no forced sales pipelines, no AI gimmicks bolted on for the sake of it. It syncs a user's Gmail automatically, lets people attach freeform notes and custom fields to any contact, and lets them group people and organizations however makes sense for their business, not however the software insists.
The pricing model is the other half of the pitch. One flat price, unlimited team members, so a five-person team and a fifty-person team pay the same. Every account can export its data at any time. Nothing about Wize is built to make switching away difficult.
We built Wize end-to-end for early access: the marketing site, Google OAuth sign-in and account flow, and the core application itself (contact and organization records, note-taking, custom fields, grouping, Gmail sync), plus the export path that keeps the "your data isn't held hostage" promise real instead of a slogan.
Because Wize's whole pitch is 'simple,' the hardest engineering constraint was restraint. Every feature request had to earn its place without making the tool feel slower or more cluttered, not just prove it was technically possible.
