The platform serves three demanding verticals: professional firms (contract editing, multi-document financial risk analysis, market research), enterprises (document generation, competitor analysis, an always-available internal expert), and healthcare, where locally-installed medical models analyze clinical records, radiology, dermatology, and digital pathology images.
Building AI without cloud is an exercise in discipline. Every capability users expect from cloud AI (document RAG, web-and-archive research, image analysis) has to run on a box in the client's office, sized for their budget, maintainable without a DevOps team on site.
We worked on the local-first platform engineering: document pipelines and retrieval over client archives, integration of specialized medical models, and the product surfaces that make an on-prem server feel as effortless as a SaaS app. GDPR and EU AI Act compliance aren't add-ons here. They're the product's reason to exist.
