The Product

Every engineer knows the feeling: the sprint board fills with tickets that aren't engineering. A button color. A tooltip rewrite. One more field on the signup form. Kosuke takes them off the engineer's plate. It runs the codebase in a live sandbox so PMs, designers, and marketers ship small tickets themselves.

The critical difference from background agents: every change spins up a live preview wired to the actual code, database, and environment. The PM sees it, tests it, iterates until it's right, then opens a PR. Engineers review work that's already been QA'd, not a blind diff from a headless agent.

The Engineering

This is agentic AI meeting hard infrastructure. The platform supports 30+ stacks across frontend, backend, mobile, and data layers. Each ticket runs inside an isolated cloud sandbox with the client's real conventions picked up from the repo itself: structure, components, documented house rules.

We worked with the Kosuke team on the platform's core engineering: the sandbox orchestration and agent workflows that make 'your architecture, respected' more than a tagline. Agents that modify production codebases can't be 80% right; the preview-first model exists precisely so that nothing lands unverified.

Outcomes

  • Live sandbox preview for every AI-generated change: a preview, not a promise
  • 30+ supported stacks across frontend, backend, mobile, and data
  • Agents adopt each repo's conventions automatically (structure, components, house rules)
  • Parallel agent execution in isolated cloud environments (Dev Mode)
  • Designed for SOC 2, GDPR, and HIPAA standards with BYOK, so no vendor lock-in on models
