The Problem

FibreStream is a Canadian internet service provider delivering fibre-optic connectivity to condo buildings across Toronto, Ottawa, and Metro Vancouver. Growing past tens of thousands of subscribers, they needed an end-to-end platform covering customer sign-ups, billing, network provisioning, and support. They wanted it to feel like a modern consumer product, not a legacy telecom portal.

The hard requirements: address-level service eligibility lookup, fast plan selection, instant service activation with no-contract onboarding, and backend reliability for a subscriber base measured in entire buildings, not individual accounts.

Our Solution

We built the customer-facing web application: speed-plan selection, registration, address verification, and service eligibility, optimized for both mobile and desktop. Sign-up to active service became a real-time flow: no contracts, no truck-roll waiting periods, instant digital onboarding.

Behind it, we delivered the operational platform: fibre connection monitoring, bulk provisioning for entire new condo buildings, automated support ticketing, and billing/CRM integration with automated payments, promotional campaign management, and service-plan and hardware bundling. Dashboards for customers, admins, and technical teams kept every side of the operation visible.
